Authorizing the different parts of Samus' weapons and suit...that was unbelievably stupid! That, and having Samus curl up in the fetal position at the sight of an enemy she has killed lord knows HOW MANY TIMES is beyond moronic!

I did like the mystery aspect of the game. And Samus’s voice over were cool.

1. I absolutely HATE that the boss can move off-screen and become invincible. 2. I have this game on Switch. There's a Rewind button. Without it, I'd never have beaten this game without ripping my hair out first. 3. Even with the Rewind button, I'd never be able to beat all bosses with no damage before ripping my hair out. 4. The knight on horseback - I don't know how I did it... and I haven't reproduced it... but... I once did a down-stab on him while he was on horseback, right when he hopped off... and then the downward attack repeated until he was dead. 5. Against the red wizard, I tried the strategy you exhibited and still couldn't beat him without damage. He phased in on the right edge of the screen. Maybe I didn't quite get all the way over? But when he was dead I just moved on so maybe I could have gotten there if I tried. 6. Mad respect for beating the fire dragon thing without damage. That battle isn't exactly difficult (with max attributes) but I could never have consistently dodged his attack. Not without a lot of tries. 7. Even madder respect regarding the blue floating main boss thing. That thing pissed me off and I ended up having to look up how to beat it. 8. Supposedly there's a less cheesy way to beat Dark Link. I didn't bother - by that point I was ready to move on to something else. 9. I wonder if there's an easy way to make a video of Switch gameplay that cuts out the rewinds, so that it looks like continuous uninterrupted gameplay. The player would look incredibly skilled.

Metroid Prime 2 was considered by many to be the black sheep of the Prime Trilogy mainly because of the few infamous bosses that was so bad in the original Gamecube release that since then, the trilogy version have nerf them for the better. While there are best bosses of the game like both fights of Dark Samus, Quadraxis, & Emperor Ing, there are a few bad bosses like Alpha Blogg, Spider Guardian, & Boost Guardian. Both are frustrating for the wrong reasons. The progress between the Save Room & Alpha Blogg was so fucking long that if you die at the last moment, you have to do the entire progress all over again. Remember, this was during the time when checkpoint system has not be made yet. Not until Samus Returns. Spider Guardian not only have a terrible progression like Alpha Blogg, but also during the original Gamecube release, no Spring Ball ability meaning you can't jump in Morph Ball mode. Thank god that the Trilogy version give us that ability which make this boss less shittier. And then there's the infamous Boost Guardian which barely have any nerfs in the Trilogy version which IMO the absolute worst boss of the entire game. Less Energy Tanks before this fight, no protection against Dark Aether, & that boss being extremely annoying to deal with. So yeah, Alpha Blogg, Spider Guardian, & Boost Guardian were poorly designed that I suspect that Quarter Guy will put either of those 3 bosses in his upcoming Top 10 Bad Bosses in Good Games video next month. When I said good games, I MEANT THAT OTHER M & FED FORCE DON'T COUNT! IT'S THE TRUTH THAT OTHER M & FED FORCE WAS WITHOUT THE DOUBT 2 OF THE WORST METROID GAMES EVER! THOSE 2 EXISTED DURING THE FUCKING DARK AGE OF METROID THAT HAS FINALLY ENDED WITH SAMUS RETURNS & DREAD! Hope that Prime 4 live up to the trilogy's expectations.

I can confirm golden temple is not the hardest level in the DKCR its just very long. Perilous passage and jagged jewels are the hardest

Man, I was never brave enough to dance around SA-X like that. I ended up getting her to chase me in a clockwise loop around the room. Once she started running towards me on the floor, I had enough space to hit her with a charge beam. Then I'd repeat the cycle until she turned into THAT.
